Buy a surround sound speaker system. I have one 200 watt for my PC and one 200 watt stereo surround system. Good luck

so do u have satellite or cable or an antenna?to get surround sound from tv channels u need an external tuner(e.g. cable box for cable, converter box for antenna)the external tuner audio cables would be connected to the surround sound system.to get surround sound from other devices like your playstation, connect the playstation audio cables to surround system.
in short, since your tv doesnt have outputs, use the the outputs of the source itself to the input of the surround sound

It’s unlikely that your TV has “no audio or video jacks” so I’m not sure what you meant there.

What are you watching ON your TV? If you’re watching/playing PS3, make sure the PS3 audio output (digital coaxial/HDMI/etc.) is hooked up to the receiver’s (‘DVD’) inputs. If you’re watching cable TV, make sure that box’s audio output is hooked up to receiver’s (‘Cable’) inputs. The surround sound does not go through your TV’s speakers, nor would you want it to, because you now have a home theater system.

It’s not recommend to route the audio through your TV, but: A very simple (cheap) route would be to hook up TV’s audio output to receiver, so whatever’s playing (PS3/Cable TV/OTA TV) is sent from the output to the receiver.
